When is the billing cycle?
Our memberships are set to renew on the 1st day of each month to ensure that our customers can continue enjoying the benefits of their membership without any interruption.
What if I join in the middle of the month?
If you become a member in the middle of the month, we’ll make sure to promptly provide you with that month’s wine selection so you can start enjoying your membership benefits right away. Our goal is to ensure that all of our members have access to the full range of benefits and perks, regardless of when they join.
Do you pick the wines each month for me or can I choose?
We take great care in working closely with our vendors to select a diverse range of special wines that cater to various preferences. At this time, we don’t offer the option for members to choose their own wines, but this is something we’re actively working on expanding in the future.
When can I pick up my wine?
We’ve made it easy for you to pick up your wine by scheduling monthly pickups on the first Sunday of every month!
Can I purchase additional bottles of wine at a discounted rate outside of my monthly membership bottles?
Yes, we’re delighted to offer our members the opportunity to purchase additional wine at a discounted rate, beyond the three bottles they receive with their membership. Members can enjoy:
- 10% discount on 1-5 bottles
- 15% discount on 6-11 bottles
- 20% discount on 12 or more bottles
We believe that our members should always have access to a variety of high-quality wines at reasonable prices, and we’re thrilled to offer these exclusive discounts as an added benefit of membership.
Are there free refills on compliments items?
To ensure that all of our members can enjoy our coffee and tea offerings, we kindly request that members limit their consumption to three cups per day.
